Calling for entries from companies and consortia interested in undertaking a study to improve the understanding, safety, and cost-effectiveness of load out operations for floating wind substructures, supporting the next generation of commercial-scale offshore wind projects.
The Floating Wind JIP would like to:
- Improve understanding of load out methodologies for large and heavy floating structures.
- Minimise cost and risks associated with load out operations.
- Enhance safety and efficiency during transfer to sea.
- Support port development planning and supply chain readiness.
The deadline for clarification questions is 23 January 2026 17:00 GMT.
The closing date to receive tender submissions is 13 February 2026 17:00 GMT.
