Lindsey is an experienced programme manager, with over seven years' climate and energy policy experience. She currently oversees the delivery of a number of UK-based projects, ranging from industrial energy efficiency to green finance.

She previously worked in international climate and clean growth policy within the UK’s department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. During this time, Lindsey was responsible for the contract management of £120 million in aid funding under the International Climate Fund, and was a UK negotiator for carbon markets within the UNFCCC at COP23 and COP24. Prior to this Lindsey worked as a planning consultant, advising clients on renewable energy and eco-town schemes.

Lindsey has an MSc in Crisis and Disaster Management from the University of Portsmouth, where she focused her study on climate adaptation, and an MSc in Development Planning from the University of Reading. She has a BA with first class honours in Geography from the University of Bristol.
