Sam works with clients to identify, develop and implement energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions in buildings. He has over 5 years’ experience in delivering energy management advice across the public and private sectors. Based in the Carbon Trust’s Wales office, his primary focus is working on the Welsh Government Energy Service programme supporting public sector organisations reduce their primary energy consumption. Sam also delivers carbon footprinting and net zero strategy support to public sector clients across the UK.

Sam holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy & Environment and a BSc in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Cardiff.
