Joshua joined the Carbon Trust in January 2023 and is an Associate based in London.

Joshua is climate modeller on the agriculture team, where he leads on climate risks and opportunities. He specialises in crops and land-use change and has extensive experience modelling, implementing, and communicating climate response strategies for agribusiness clients, embedding climate factors into all their investment areas. Joshua has supported a wide range of global businesses and institutions, such as the IFC, Greggs, Carlsberg, Greene King, Alltech, Bord Bia, Nestlé and Danone.

Joshua is the principal author of Carbon Trust's Model Assurance standard, leading the assurance offering for climate modelling software.

Joshua holds a Masters (MSc) in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons.) from the University of St. Andrews.
