Caroline is an experienced manager on the Offshore Wind team, leading high-impact advisory projects focused on offshore wind market development. She brings significant experience working with government and public bodies on planning and policy and is the team’s subject matter expert on marine spatial planning. Caroline works in both mature and emerging offshore wind energy markets, having led and contributed to advisory projects in the UK, US, Japan, Philippines, Caribbean and South Africa. 

She holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from Northwestern University and was awarded a European Commission Erasmus Mundus Scholarship to complete an M.Sc. in Marine Environment and Resources at universities in Spain, France and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the Carbon Trust, Caroline held several climate and marine policy roles in government, the private sector and third sector.
