The Carbon Trust and Coca-Cola Enterprises today launch a groundbreaking White Paper exploring the concept of Personal Carbon Allowances.

It investigates how it could work in practice, what a personal carbon allowance would include and how big the allowance should be. It details learnings and feedback from a four-week consumer trial in Great Britain which set a personal carbon allowance of 20Kg CO2 per day.
