Calling for entries from companies and consortia interested to undertake a study to investigate ‘state-of-the-art’ of scanning LiDAR technologies and develop a procedure for their use in power curve measurement.
The main objectives of this work are to:
- develop a detailed procedure for power curve measurement and uncertainty calculation with TP-mounted Scanning LiDAR.
- validation of this procedure through existing measurement datasets.
