For both Retrofit and New Build we advise on the most cost effective LED Lighting. We carry out Site Surveys, Energy Analysis and Carbon Reduction calculation, DIALux Simulations, Full Costing for Supply or Supply and Install, Estimated Maintenance Savings, Supply or Installation of Sample Fittings or Lamps.

Case Study - Buchanan Bus Station, Glasgow

Existing technology: High Level (7 – 8m) Metal Halide 160W; Fluorescent Tubes; Halogen Lamps

Solution: We reconfigured the high level lighting from 102 no.160W recessed fittings to 80 no. 54W LED,  increasing the lighting level from 100lux to approx. 500lux.  All fluorescent tubes and ancillary lighting were retrofitted with LED.

Capital cost: £30,313

Annual energy saving: £34,853

Carbon saving: 189 tCO2e

Payback: 0.9 years

In addition to installation of the new high level lighting, we replaced the ceiling tiles whilst on site to leave a neat and pristine finish.

Good quality work and efficient at working in public spaces with all the constraints imposed by health and safety. We will continue to involve them in future project
