Fernando Oléa, Director of the Carbon Trust’s Mexico office, was one of the participants at a high level climate change roundtable held as part of Prince Charles’ recent visit to the country.

The event took place on 4 November in the city of Campeche. Other participants included Deputy Ministers Leonardo Beltrán of the Ministry of Energy and Cuauhtemoc Ochoa of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, as well as Daniel Buira, the General Director in charge of low carbon development at INECC, Mexico’s National Institute of Ecology and Climate Change.
