Call for entries from companies and consortia interested in undertaking a study for the OWA Yield and Performance Technical Working Group (TWG-Y) to investigate the use of onshore wind measurements in energy yield estimates for offshore wind farms.

The main objectives of this work are to propose best-practice method(s) for using onshore wind data in offshore yield estimates and validate the proposed method(s) using measured data. In addition, this project will aim to provide a framework for assessing the uncertainties associated with the proposed method(s).
