Details of the Carbon Trust Welsh Language Scheme, prepared under the Welsh Language Act 1993
The Carbon Trust welcomes dealing with customers and other stakeholders in both Welsh and English and is committed to providing an equally effective standard of service in both languages so far as is appropriate in the circumstances and reasonably practicable.
The Carbon Trust has adopted the principle that in the conduct of public business in Wales it will treat the English and Welsh languages on a basis of equality. This scheme sets out how the Carbon Trust will work towards giving effect to this commitment when providing services to the public in Wales.
The Carbon Trust is committed to fulfilling its obligations under the Welsh Language Act 1993. This Scheme has received the approval of the Welsh Language Board under section 14(1) of the Act on 20th June 2012.
