Sam is a Senior Consultant in the Business Services team where he helps corporate clients with their sustainability strategies. He specialises in offering support on value chain footprinting, science-based targets, and climate change risks and opportunities reporting. The companies he has worked with cover a variety of industries including food and drink, pharmaceuticals, education and home repairs.

Through his project delivery work, Sam has assisted businesses measure the direct and indirect environmental impact of their activities and identify initiatives to facilitate emissions reductions.

Sam holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Nottingham. Prior to joining the Carbon Trust he worked at Deloitte in the Audit & Assurance department and qualified as a chartered accountant.
