Poppy’s main role is to lead the delivery of advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, primarily for public bodies.
Poppy has worked in the low carbon buildings sector since 2008, focusing on sustainable housing, retrofit and building fabric energy efficiency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a first class master’s degree in Environmental Management, specialising in climate change adaptation in housing. Poppy has been a board director for the National Communities Resource Centre, home of the Housing Plus Academy, since 2013.
Poppy has also undertaken practical and theoretical training in the restoration of traditional and historic buildings, which she puts into practice in her spare time.
