Rob leads on our organisational Net Zero support for Cities and Regions at The Carbon Trust. He has been working alongside public bodies on the development of their carbon management plans for over a decade and is skilled in many related areas. This includes public sector carbon accounting, target setting, project assessment and strategy/action plan development.

Rob has a background in energy management and has delivered many energy engineering feasibility assessments and energy efficiency surveys. Currently Rob is driving forward our public sector supply chain decarbonisation service. He is supporting public bodies to improve their supply chain carbon accounting and management processes through the development of public sector Net Zero procurement approaches.
