Bhushan Patil is an International Funder Associate based in the Carbon Trust London office, primarily supporting our engagements with philanthropies and development finance institutions. Bhushan is also managing the delivery of key programmes around clean energy access, industrial decarbonisation, and venture acceleration.

Prior to joining the Carbon Trust, he worked for over five years with international research and consulting organisations in India, including Intellecap, RTI International, and Swades Foundation. During this time, he spearheaded various international donor-funded projects focused on climate change, livelihood, and impact investment.

Bhushan holds a Master's in Environmental Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from India.
