Amrita is a Senior Associate in the Business Services team, with technical expertise in a wide range of sectors such as financial, energy, agriculture, ICT and construction.

As the Technical Assurance Lead for the Carbon Trust’s sustainable finance and organisational assurance offerings, Amrita oversees projects within this scope. She has led the development of Organisational and Service Carbon Footprinting requirements for assurance, along with sustainable finance methodologies.

Amrita has experience in delivering and leading on external reviews and second party opinions of green, social or sustainability linked related loans and frameworks. She also has provided feedback on standards including the WRI Land Sector and Removals guidance and WRI PACT methodology. In addition to this, Amrita co-authored the Sustainability JIP offshore wind industry product carbon footprinting guidance. This piece of work collaborated with 10 key offshore wind developers to standardise the approach within the industry.

Amrita has supported a wide range of global businesses and institutions including the IFC, The Financial Times, Amazon, BBC, Danske Bank, Nokia, Taylor Wimpey and Galliford Try.

Amrita holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Sussex, focusing on Environmental and Climate Change Economics.
