Case Study: Minky Homewares Crumpsall

This 150KWP system using 600 Sharp 250 watt polycrystalline modules and Power One inverters is remotely monitored using the web based Solar Log system, and was installed in July 2013.

The  use of three phase string inverters over 3 separate arrays linked to G59 relay switch board was a real design challenge which adds to the growing impressive portfolio of work by the company.

The works were completed with the utmost sensitivity to the needs of Minkys production schedule and there was no disruption to works.

The engineers were excellent, it has been a pleasure to have them here as we have very rarely seen or heard them. Also my thanks to the backroom staff for the smooth and efficient management of the project.

Tony Close, Production Manager of the works at Hazelbottom Road
