Calling for entries from companies and consortia interested in undertaking a study for the OWA Logistics and O&M Technical Working Group (TWG-L) to investigate the potential hazards of offshore SOV charging.
The main objectives of this work are to:
- Define and identify potential hazards of implementing offshore charging for SOVs.
- Undertake HAZID and HAZOP workshop with key industry players.
- Consolidate results into recommendations that can provide the starting point of offshore charging implementation for the industry.
The expected benefits of this work are to de-risk decisions on the implementation and operation
of SOV offshore charging.
The deadline for clarification questions is 19 September 2025 at 17:00 BST.
The closing date to receive tender submissions is 10 October 2025 12:00 BST.
