Calling for entries from companies and consortia interested in undertaking a study investigating the resilience of floating wind mooring systems exposed to fishing.

The Floating Wind JIP would like to:

• Increase the understanding of if/how FOW farms can coexist with fisheries from a mooring system robustness and resilience perspective based on a scenario where fishing activities are unrestricted around a floating wind farm. 
• Understand potential failure mechanisms, risks, and consequences of fishing on a subsea system at the component level. As well as mitigations that can be implemented to reduce risk.

The deadline for clarification questions is 17:00 BST April 19th 2024
The closing date to receive tender submissions is 17:00 BST May 10th 2024
