Decarb Connect Digital Festival

Decarb Connect

The Decarb Connect Digital Festival is a global initiative that champions and accelerates the strategies & solutions that can fast track decarbonisation in the toughest-to-abate sectors. The festival takes place from 26-28 January 2021 with 300-400 senior leaders from cement, steel, chemicals, glass, ceramics, utilities, oil & gas.

The festival brings together industrials, investors, policymakers and technology innovators - all sharing evidence-based strategies and road maps showing the route to decarbonisation.

The Carbon Trust is partnering with Decarb Connect to support the network and expertise-sharing that will help energy-intensive companies to be inspired and energised as they adapt and deploy their net zero plans.

Tom Delay, chief executive, the Carbon Trust will be joining one of the opening discussions on Day One (26 January), exploring the reality of the technology landscape to identify those solutions which really have the potential to scale in time to deliver net zero 2050.
