Calling for entries from companies and consortia interested to undertake a study to optimise the use of cable protection systems (CPS) for offshore wind farms.
The OWA TWG-C wish to investigate opportunities to reduce risk of cable failure through improved CPS solutions. There may also be opportunities to improve installation times and HSE implications. The potential development of a more ‘universal’, simplified CPS solution that meets established functional and installation requirements may provide such benefits.
The deadline for clarification questions has passed.
