The UK Government's Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) framework was implemented on 1 April 2019 through the Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2018. Qualifying companies need to comply for financial years starting on or after 1 April 2019, which for many means including SECR requirements in their next annual reports.

The new regulations will require an estimated 11,900 companies incorporated in the UK to disclose their energy and carbon emissions. The Carbon Trust can provide support and guidance to help you develop your carbon footprint, and develop an SECR compliant Energy and Carbon Report.

This webinar will provide details on:

  • Which companies need to comply
  • What the requirements are for qualifying companies
  • How the Carbon Trust can support businesses go beyond compliance and provide greater insights into their carbon footprints
