Join us to learn how to measure and reduce the carbon footprint of your business.
Wed, 20 Mar 2019
2:00PM - 3:00PM (GMT)
Small to medium sized businesses
This webinar is for small businesses interested in understanding how they can measure their carbon footprint and look to reduce greenhouse gas emissions no matter their size, sector or available capital. All businesses have the opportunity to reduce their carbon emissions, and the business case for doing so is growing ever stronger.
Quantifying GHG emissions will help your organisation understand what your key emission sources are, how your organisation contributes to global emissions, and what opportunities you have to reduce your emissions. From this you can develop a carbon reduction plan, identifying ways to reduce your carbon footprint and limit emissions from future activities – and measure the progress you have made.
This webinar, presented by two experts from the Carbon Trust, will explain to businesses the benefits of carbon footprinting as well as the Green Business Fund programme.
The Carbon Trust Green Business Fund is the energy efficiency support service for small and medium-sized companies in England, Wales and Scotland. It provides direct funded support through energy assessments, training workshops, and equipment procurement support.
