Debby is an Analyst at the Carbon Trust’s Singapore office, where she plays a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of advisory work from carbon footprinting for businesses to government-funded market transformation projects. Her expertise in data analysis, market research, and policy review is instrumental in advancing the Carbon Trust’s mission to accelerate the transition to a decarbonized future.

Debby holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Global Affairs with a minor in Sociology from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She also completed a semester exchange at Sciences Po, Paris, where she honed her analytical skills in international climate policy. Throughout her university years, Debby developed a passion for protecting the planet through volunteering with youth climate groups in Singapore, gaining valuable exposure to discussions with experts and policymakers on various climate issues. Additionally, Debby has a strong understanding of the voluntary carbon markets in Southeast Asia, gained through her internship experience at a carbon credit platform and exchange.

Through her work in the Carbon Trust, Debby is committed to helping organisations reach Net Zero by accelerating a just transition.
