Existing technology: 7 story office block with existing 600 x 600mm Modular fluorescent panels, twin CPL downlights and fluorescent battens throughout the offices, stairways, roof top, basement and car park 

Solution: Replaced with highly efficient 25w anti glare back lit 600mm x 600mm panels, LED antiglare 200mm downlights, LED battens, Led bulkheads and mini 3w emergency downlights

Capital cost: £37,879

Annual energy saving: £7,227

Other saving: £4,000 per year maintenance

Payback: 4.72 years
