The Carbon Trust’s 12th annual Public Sector Conference 2016 in association with GE was held in London on 10 February 2016.

The day featured three keynote speakers: Lord Bourne, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the UK government’s Department of Energy and Climate Change; Joan MacNaughton, Executive Chair of the World Energy Trilemma at the World Energy Council; and Julia Slingo, Chief Scientist at the Met Office.

As well as the speakers, there were a number of practical masterclasses on topics ranging from heat networks to sustainable catering. The event is also an important opportunity for public sector sustainability professionals to networking and share experiences and lessons learned with their peers.

Below are some of the social media highlights of the conference, as shared through the #PSCarbon hashtag on Twitter.
