Businesses and public sector bodies in Wales could be cutting thousands of pounds from their energy, water and waste costs thanks to free advice and support provided by the Carbon Trust and WRAP Cymru under the Welsh Government’s new Resource Efficient Wales service.
The client manager service will help organisations to identify the most appropriate and cost-effective opportunities to reduce their energy and water use, and deal with waste and materials more effectively. The service includes a range of advice, support and technical expertise that will help take projects from concept right through to delivery.
Companies and public sector bodies currently thinking about how they can become more sustainable and benefit financially from activities such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, rainwater harvesting, and waste reduction should get in touch as soon as possible. The business case for action is often very strong, and when high-quality free support is available there is a real cost to any delay in taking action.
