As General Counsel and Company Secretary, Fiona leads the Carbon Trust’s in-house legal team and is responsible for all company secretarial and board-related matters, advising on and managing risk, and providing strategic, commercial and compliance advice on a broad range of legal matters.

Fiona has more than 20 years cross-sector experience gained through general counsel, HR, board director, and company secretarial roles in the film, marketing/advertising, public relations, magazine publishing, food and beverage, and gambling sectors. Fiona is an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator and is an experienced trustee of non-profit organisations and charities.
